ingredients
2 portions
- 250 g yoghurt (3-4% fat content)
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 50 g sugar syrup (e.g. bar syrup or lump sugar)
- 1 shot of lime juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Production of lump sugar
Cook in equal parts water and sugar (for this recipe, 25 g water and 25 g sugar) briefly in the pot.

Preparation of frozen yoghurt in 2 steps
- It couldn't be simpler: use a hand mixer or hand blender to stir/mix all the ingredients briefly at a high setting until a homogenous mixture is produced.
- Put the mass in the Ice cream machine (duration approx. 20 minutes). At Freezer compartment Mix vigorously every 30 minutes with a hand mixer. This takes about 4 hours.
Tips
The ice cream should be completely plastered the same day, because it gets very hard in the freezer. If you have kept the ice cream in the freezer for a longer period of time, then let it thaw for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator and stir or mix it again well.

For arranging, you can put the ice cream in a piping bag with a large opening or in a freezer bag. To do this, place the piping nozzle or bag with the rim turned over in a slightly larger glass and fill it with the ice cream. For the freezer bag, cut off the tip with scissors. As soon as you take the piping nozzle or bag in your hand, you have to do it quickly so that not too much of the ice melts. Drape a nice curl on a plate or in a bowl and decorate with toppings.
