The ice cream and me...

Most people love ice cream. Some just a little and some a lot. I, of course, belong to the latter. You've probably already guessed.

Ever since my parents bought me an ice cream maker back about 30 years ago, I've been infected with ice cream fever. My first ice cream machine was a cheap device with a container for freezing. Then was a long time break until a few years ago the thought has not let me go again to make my own ice cream and I bought myself an ice cream machine with compressor.

As you can see, not only was it a fond childhood memory, but my passion for ice cream making has fully erupted again.
