Sie soll der Gesundheit und Entspannung dienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die sch\u00f6ne gelbe Farbe kommt durch <strong>Kurkuma<\/strong> zustande. Auch <strong>Zimt, Vanille und Ingwer<\/strong> d\u00fcrfen in diesem Rezept nat\u00fcrlich nicht fehlen. Dieses Eis ist f\u00fcr alle diejenigen, die es gerne w\u00fcrzig m\u00f6gen. Nichtsdestotrotz handelt es sich um ein s\u00fc\u00dfes Eis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem habe ich <strong>Kokosnussmilch und Kokosjoghurt<\/strong> verwendet, um die gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernde Wirkung noch zu unterst\u00fctzen und ein <strong>veganes Eis-Rezept<\/strong> zu entwickeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten Goldenes Milch-Eis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr 4 Portionen ben\u00f6tigt ihr folgende Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g Kokosnussmilch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B01LQK2V36?tag=eismacher-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vanilleschote<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 TL Zimt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Chili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Msp Kardamom <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cm einer Ingwerknolle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TL Kurkuma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3yauNjY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ahornsirup<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B01GE9Y9C0?tag=eismacher-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dextrose<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B01GE9YCSQ?tag=eismacher-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glukose<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B07L2FJJ2B?tag=eismacher-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inulin<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g Kokosjoghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TL Limettensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung Goldenes Milch-Eis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitungszeit: ca. <strong>10 Minuten<\/strong><br>Gefriervorgang <strong>ohne Eismaschine<\/strong>: <strong>4 Stunden<\/strong><br>(eine genaue Anleitung findet ihr in meinem Beitrag zur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/eisherstellung\/eisherstellung-im-gefrierfach-ohne-eismaschine\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Herstellung im Gefrierfach<\/a>)<br>Gefriervorgang <strong>mit Eismaschine<\/strong>: <strong>30 Minuten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Falls ihr keinen Bio-Ingwer gekauft habt, die Schale entfernen. Ansonsten am besten dran lassen und nur gut abwaschen. Die Gew\u00fcrze sind als P\u00fcnktchen zu sehen.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>Eismaschine<\/strong> vorbereiten und je nach Modell f\u00fcr einige Minuten vork\u00fchlen lassen. Das R\u00fchrwerk einschalten und die Eismasse hineingeben (Dauer ca. 30 Minuten).<br><strong>Alternativ im Gefrierfach<\/strong> frieren lassen und alle 30 Minuten mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t gut durchmischen (Gesamtdauer ca. 4 Stunden).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls das Eis l\u00e4nger, zum Beispiel \u00fcber Nacht, im Gefrierfach aufbewahrt wurde, wird es hart. Dann vor dem Verzehr f\u00fcr etwa 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank antauen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tipps\">Tipps Goldenes Milch-Eis:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kurkuma enth\u00e4lt Curcurmin. Dies kann bei <strong>\u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Verzehr<\/strong> zu Problemen f\u00fchren. Allerdings kann kein Mensch, die dazu notwendige Eismenge in der Realit\u00e4t essen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei <strong>Kokosnussmilch<\/strong> solltet ihr immer auf den Gehalt an Kokosnuss achten. Es gibt einige Produkte, in denen der Wasseranteil sehr hoch ist. Ich nehme stets Kokosnussmilch, die <strong>mindestens 80% Kokosnuss<\/strong> enth\u00e4lt. Au\u00dferdem sollten keine Stabilisatoren oder Emulgatoren enthalten sein. Einen hilfreichen Test findet ihr bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paleo360.de\/paleo-produkte-im-test\/kokosmilch-kaufen-der-grosse-vergleich\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paleo360<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wer es noch etwas sch\u00e4rfer mag, kann <strong>Chiliflocken<\/strong> \u00fcber das Eis geben.
