Den leicht bitteren Geschmack empfinden viele Leute als <strong>besonders erfrischend<\/strong>. Demnach die ideale Frucht, um ein Eis f\u00fcr hei\u00dfe Sommertage herzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um es direkt zu sagen: f\u00fcr dieses Eis kann man nicht am Zucker sparen. Sonst wird es sehr hart und der Geschmack wird von den meisten Leuten als zu bitter empfunden. Unser Geschmackssinn kann kalte S\u00fc\u00dfe einfach sehr viel schlechter wahrnehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Eisrezept kann als <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/eisherstellung\/was-ist-ein-sorbet-ein-kleiner-ueberblick\/\">Granita<\/a><\/strong>, im <strong>Gefrierfach<\/strong> oder mit der <strong>Eismaschine<\/strong> hergestellt werden. Es eignet sich aber genauso gut, um in <strong>Stiel-Eis-<\/strong> <strong>bzw. Popsicle-Formen<\/strong> gef\u00fcllt zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten Grapefruit-Sorbet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Portionen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g Grapefruitsaft (z.B. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3P6P5lp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pink Grapefruit<\/a>*)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Orangensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B01GE9YCSQ?tag=eismacher-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glukose<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,5 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B005PM50SA?tag=eismacher-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Johannisbrotkernmehl<\/a>*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entweder gekauften Saft verwenden oder Grapefruits und Orangen auspressen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4fte, Zucker, Glukose und Johannisbrotkernmehl in einen Topf geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unter R\u00fchren erhitzen bis sich der Zucker gel\u00f6st hat. Um ein feineres Eis zu erhalten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/eisherstellung\/eisherstellung-im-gefrierfach-ohne-eismaschine\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"289\">alle 30 Minuten mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t gut durchmischen<\/a> (Gesamtdauer 3-4 Stunden). Um eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/eisherstellung\/was-steckt-hinter-den-verschiedenen-eissorten\/\"><strong>Granita<\/strong> <\/a>herzustellen, die Eismasse nur mit einer Gabel durchr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Eis kann auch in der <strong>Eismaschine<\/strong> zubereitet werden. Je nach Modell f\u00fcr einige Minuten vork\u00fchlen lassen. Das R\u00fchrwerk einschalten und die Eismasse hineingeben (Dauer ca. 30 Minuten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternativ in <strong>Stiel-Eis-<\/strong> <strong>bzw. Popsicle-Formen<\/strong> f\u00fcllen und f\u00fcr ca. 3 Stunden durchfrieren lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frozen Bites<\/strong> kennt man vor allem als <strong>FroYo Bites<\/strong>. Also Frozen Yoghurt, der in F\u00f6rmchen gefroren wird und kleine Eisportionen ergibt, die man mit einem Bissen essen kann. Aber nat\u00fcrlich kann man das <strong>mit jedem anderen Rezept<\/strong>, das f\u00fcr <strong>Eis-am-Stiel <\/strong>geeignet ist, machen. Zum Beispiel kann man es einfach in <strong>Pralinenf\u00f6rmchen<\/strong> f\u00fcllen, wie ich es mit den Herzen gemacht habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls das Grapefruit-Sorbet <strong>l\u00e4nger im Gefrierschrank <\/strong>aufbewahrt wurde, erst f\u00fcr ca. 15 Minuten im <strong>K\u00fchlschrank antauen<\/strong> lassen bevor man es verzehrt.
