But of course, not every sauce goes equally well with all types of ice cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruit sauces are particularly good for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/recipes\/frozen-yoghurt-with-a-gelling-guarantee\/\">Yoghurt ice cream<\/a> but also to others <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/tag\/milk-ice-cream\/\">Milk ice cream varieties<\/a><\/strong> like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/recipes\/cashew-ice-cream-milk-ice-cream-with-vanilla\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2573\">Cashew ice cream<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/recipes\/quark-ice-cream-with-elderberry-blossom-syrup\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1035\">Quark ice cream<\/a>. For which classic strawberry sauce should never be missing is <strong>Spaghetti ice cream<\/strong>. For this you need only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/recipes\/vanilla-ice-cream-without-egg\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"17\">Vanilla Ice Cream<\/a>, cream, a potato ricer and this great strawberry sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for strawberry sauce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)<\/li><li>1 tablespoon vanilla sugar (<a href=\"#tipps\">s. Tips to make yourself<\/a>)<\/li><li>1 tablespoon lime juice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If using frozen fruit, allow to thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Wash and clean fresh fruit.<\/li><li>Place the fruit in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until uniform. If necessary, the sugar or lime juice must be varied a little. Examples are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Raspberries (a little less lime juice)<\/li><li>Blueberries (a little more lime juice)<\/li><li>Mango (lime juice depending on ripeness) - how to best process a fresh mango, I learned at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/recipes\/mango-sorbet-exotic-and-fresh-ice-cream\/\">Mango sorbet<\/a> described<\/li><li>Pineapple (a little less lime juice)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tipps\">Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To <strong>Vanilla sugar to make yourself<\/strong>You simply need one scraped vanilla pod to about 200 g of sugar. Put them together in a container and store in a cool, dry place.
