the last 4 ingredients (butter, sugar, honey, cream) in a saucepan or pan, stirring until everything is dissolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the flaked almonds and simmer for a few minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the almond sugar mixture on a baking paper and bake in the oven at 180\u00b0C for 6 minutes until the almond brittle is caramel colored (see also <a brittle, the ingredients are heated in a pan and baked in the oven. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ice mass<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat milk, cream, condensed milk, dextrose, vanilla bean, locust bean gum and salt while stirring until just before boiling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold at this temperature for a few minutes. Stir constantly so that nothing burns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow the ice cream mixture to cool slightly and stir in the honey until it is completely dissolved. Honey should not be heated above 40\u00b0C so that the valuable ingredients are not lost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave to infuse in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the vanilla flavor becomes more intense. If you do not have so much time, vanilla extract can be used alternatively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>ice cream machine<\/strong> prepare and pre-cool for a few minutes, depending on the model. Switch on the mixer and pour in the ice cream mixture (duration approx. 30 minutes).<br><strong>Alternatively the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis-macher.de\/en\/ice-making\/ice-cream-production-in-the-freezer-without-ice-cream-machine\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"289\"><strong>Ice in the freezer<\/strong> freeze<\/a> and mix well every 30 minutes with a hand mixer (total time about 4 hours). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Just before the ice mass<\/strong> is finished, the <strong>Almond brittle<\/strong> while the ice cream maker is running. For the freezer version, mix in the almond brittle after the last mixing step. So let <strong>Sufficient distance from the edge<\/strong> from the grid or turn the tray once in between if it is not completely flat. Otherwise, the mass will move further and further to the edge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The almond brittle <strong>Not too dark<\/strong> otherwise it will quickly taste like burnt sugar. The color should be light brownish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you also have a <strong>Bee sting ice cream scoop<\/strong> as in my picture, take cling film and cover it with almond brittle. Then put an ice cream scoop inside and close the foil together with the brittle around the scoop (see gallery below).
